Whether the fitness classes are in Spin Central, The Studio, or one of our other great facilities, you can be sure that you'll have a great time, build your fitness and self-confidence, and meet life with a bright new outlook.
Our fitness classes are a social event. You can come along with your friends, or do what many people do and come along to make new friends. Choose the right class for you:
High energy classes
Use our Personal Training Studios, PACE Peak Performance Centre and other facilities to burn calories and boost fitness, fast. Work every major muscle group with kettlebells, power bag circuits, all-weather running track, sprint track and water obstacles.
Holistic Pilates classes
Pilates classes at K2NY are perfect for naturally conditioning the body to fight illness and escape disease as they gently and efficiently build core strength and posture by repeating a series of flowing stretches and fitnesss.
Strength and Conditioning classes
Tone and sculpt your body with upper and lower body training rooms, cardio blitz areas, core strengthening and stretching studio and shower/changing facilities.
Dancercise classes
Dancing is a great way to get fit and keep moving. K2NY Dancercise can help develop your body image, your self-esteem, increase feelings of wellbeing, improve metabolism and digestion. Enjoy the music and learn the dancercise moves!
